Not much of a surprise here, since Mr. Ford’s been spilling the beans about the fifth film in the Indiana Jones franchise practically since the fourth hit theaters in 2008. Here’s what Harrison had to say to BBC about Indiana Jones 5:
“Steven and George and I are sort of agreed on a germ of an idea and we’re seeing what comes of it. The process works like this… We come to some basic agreement and then George goes away for a long time and works on it. Then Steven and I get it in some form, some embryonic form. Then if we like it we start working with George on it and at some point down the line it’s ready and we do it.”

There’s been some speculation as to whether or not Shia would be back for the third installment of the Transformers franchise of films, and apparently the speculation has been put to rest thanks to Brian Goldner, head of Hasbro (the toy company responsible for Transformers). When questioned about Shia’s return, MTV has quoted Goldner as saying the following:
“Yes he is, and both Megan and Shia are both cast back for that,” he said. Goldner wants to see “Transformers 3″ hearken back to the alien robots’ roots and integrate more elements’ from their established past.
SLO can’t wait for a third (hopefully more story oriented) Transformers – will you be waiting in line for this film?

Some official word from Michael Bay has been released regarding the status of Transformers 3, as reported by ScreenCrave:
According to one of Bay’s insiders, the director will film some “big action sequences” in Chicago and Moscow for the upcoming movie. The two locations are literally worlds apart so I’m interested in knowing the logic behind picking them. On another more positive note, they also slipped in the news that Bay plans on matching the amount of money made by the TF2 DVD/Blu-ray sales for the Make A Wish Foundation. It sounds like the director his putting his money where his mouth is to help a good cause.
